Are Taxes & Duties Refunded If I Initiate An International Return/Exchange?

Since taxes and duties are imposed by your local customs office and not by FAKHRA, we are unable to refund those fees. We can only refund what was actually paid for the cost of the goods. If you decide to return your item, we’ll issue a refund for the product price only, excluding any taxes, duties, or shipping costs already incurred.

Are Taxes & Duties Calculated At Checkout?

For select countries, we offer a prepaid Taxes & Duties option at checkout, allowing your order to arrive without additional charges upon delivery. Please note that this option may not be available for every country, and certain order values may exceed the threshold required for prepaid duties — in which case taxes and duties will be collected upon delivery instead.
